1976年の設立以来、内外作家を積極的に紹介。
版画・絵画・グラフィックアート以外にもアートとしての万華鏡紹介等、新分野の開拓も積極的に進めてきました。
現代作家の作品のみならず、古今東西の印刷物コレクションも今では大変貴重なものとなりました。
「生き生きした」を意味するフランス語「ヴィヴァン」のように、絶えず新たな視点で美術を紹介する画廊です。

Since its establishment in 1976, the gallery has been actively introducing artists from Japan and abroad.
In addition to prints, paintings, and graphic art, it has also been proactive in exploring new fields, 
such as introducing kaleidoscopes as art.
In addition to works by contemporary artists, its collection of printed materials from all over the world 
and throughout history has become extremely valuable.
Like the French word "vivant" which means "lively" this gallery is constantly introducing art from new perspectives.
